About Me

Mr Robinson

I am a highly qualified and experienced teacher with a passion for unlocking children’s potential. I have been a Deputy Head in a boys’ school and a girls’ school, and an Assistant Head in a co-ed school. I have worked in the independent sector and state sector, been a Head of English and a specialist Maths teacher.

My other responsibilities and achievements include:

  • Every child I have helped for senior school entrance exams has been offered a place in the school(s) of their choice.
  • Consistently gaining the highest available rating when my lessons have been observed and singled out for praise in an Ofsted report for “using questioning to develop understanding.”
  • Training school teachers on how to teach and plan their lessons effectively and evaluate children’s progress.
  • Forming excellent relationships with parents who have expressed gratitude for their children’s development (see testimonials below).

If you are interested in booking me, let's talk. A free, no obligation consultation will help me understand the learning needs of your child so that lessons can be tailored to his or her needs. It will also give you the chance to ask questions.
Schedule Lessons
You can book lesson by lesson or on a recurring basis. I am flexible and can tutor children based in different countries and time zones. Lessons typically last for one hour but can be shorter or longer if you prefer.
Learn Online
The sessions are taught online using Microsoft Teams, which is secure and easy to use. Online learning means zero travel time, no exposure to health risks and more scheduling flexibility.
